curriculum
IWP is centered around the NCCER Core curriculum, providing graduates with exposure and training in a wide range of technical and non-technical skills critical for work in the trades, focusing primarily on construction.
"The instructors were very knowledgeable in many areas of construction such as: heavy equipment operations, complete construction of residential homes, welding, safety aspects and much more. I was able to gain employment with the help and skills I have acquired from the program. All the knowledge and skills ascertained were/are very valuable to anyone willing to enter the construction industry. Many thanks to the Industrial Workforce Program."
