Today we kicked off our May training cohort! Our students will conduct classroom instruction and testing for the next two weeks as they make their way through NCCER's CORE curriculum. After they complete CORE, they will start their hands-on training in addition to classroom instruction. For the next 12 weeks these students will gain valuable training in construction, heavy equipment operations, and welding. They will also work on numerous critical skills such as group discussion, problem solving, and resumes/interview skills. They are taking a critical step to gain employable skillsets and be successful in the workplace.
